There that’s better. Deep breaths are better. Listen to me. You are wonderful. Whatever is stressing you out or worrying you, let it go. Don’t let it get to you. Everything will be okay. Shh… Everything will be alright. Just. Breath.
If someone or yourself is having a panic attack
- grab a bowl
- fill it with ice and water
- then put your face it in
there is a nerve beneath a little beneath your eyes that helps slow your heart rate down. Not to mention holding your breath for little helps change the hyperventilation. The cold water helps as well to change your heart rate.
If you cannot or do not have ice water then get some ice and place it beneath both your eyes right on the bone underneath your eyes it really helps.
